Got my order in a big box and my key charms were thrown inside with no cover or plastic bags as seen on TT videos and there was no tissue papers wrapped on my coloring book !! Also there was not a single free sticker with my huge order!! I was so excited about the order but after seeing the packaging i really don’t know how i feel about it now! You should pay more attention to all your orders and not only few of them .

I really wanted one of the keychains from the late-November drop, but was going out of the country 2 days after the shop opened. I messaged Jo to ask if she could hold off on shipping my order until closer to when I'd be home (our postal service doesn't have the best record), and she was more than happy to oblige.
